Currently, I am employeed at The Jefferson, Washington, D.C. as a guest services agent. I began my job at the beginning of 2015 and am excited to grow within the company. My responsibilties include assisting guests with check in and out, reservations, working with multiple departments to fulfill guest needs, scheduling bookings for the spa, and giving the guests a 5 star experience before, during, and after their stay.
Hampton Inn
Greenville, NC
I worked as a guest service agent at the Hampton Inn in Greenville, NC during my final year attending college. Since this hotel is limited service, my responsibilities ranged from assisting guests will all of their needs personally, taking care of the hotel when management was away, assigning rooms appropriately, and the set up and take down of the weekly manager's reception complimentary for guests.
Hampton Inn and Suites
Outer Banks, Corolla, NC
During the summer of 2013 (May 2013-August2013), I was ginven a wonderful opportunity to intern with Hampton Inn and Suites in Outer Banks Corolla, North Carolina. I worked primarily front desk, but was able to experiment in different departments, as well. I was the recipient of the "Catch Me At My Best" Hilton reward program for outstanding customer service, voted on by guests and higher management. This experience further solidifed my love for customer service and the hospitality industry.
Logan's Roadhouse
Greenville, NC
At Logan's Roadhouse, in Greenville, North Carolina, I was a server, as well as a hostess. I began working there in May 2012, and ended in October 2012 due to working around my school hours. My duties here involved taking care of customers' needs and ensuring their satisfaction with every part of their dining experience.
